One of the main components of Bora-Care is Boron, a fairly common element which has been effectively used for household pest control for many years. Borates are available as termite preventative treatment for homes and businesses. When applied by your Bestec pest control technician, Bora-Care will eliminate existing infestations and provide long lasting protection against future infestations.
When first applied, the Bora-Care solution coats the surface of the wood and the active ingredient penetrates the surface and enters the wood. Bora-Care then begins to diffuse or move through the entire piece of wood. How quickly diffusion occurs depends on wood type, moisture content and environmental conditions. Another material that we currently use is Premise 75 by Bayer, it works great for this type of application. |

 Foam technology is used to apply materials to your attic wood and to other structural members of your home. By converting liquid into foam we can apply more volume of material to the surface of the wood, without run-off and dripping, to allow time for the material to penetrate the wood. For an accurate and effective treatment we use Premise ready mix foam.
